UL Registrar LLC is an Accredited Conformity Assessment Body (CAB). As an Accredited CAB, we are required to have a formal method for documenting, classifying, analyzing, and responding to inquiries, complaints, disputes, and appeals from UL customers. This document provides direction for the handling and processing of such activities.

UL Registrar LLC’s Procedures for Certification explain the process of participating in UL's certification services, along with the requirements.  The document guides a facility or client through the process from the initial application through the audit process and finally how to maintain certification once awarded. UL Registrar LLC’s ANSI and ANAB accreditations require the Procedures for Certification of each audit program offered to be publicly available.
