A new survey conducted by the International Quality and Productivity Center’s (IQPC) Legal IQ has found that a majority of companies feel that brand protection has grown increasingly difficult over the last 12 months. Conducted across a range of industries, the survey revealed that online infringement is a top concern. Other worries include preventing counterfeit goods, and improving dialogue between brand owners and authorities.
