The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) of California has released No Significant Risk Level (NSRL) for glyphosate under Proposition 65.
This regulation establishes a NSRL of 1100 micrograms per day for glyphosate. The following levels based on risk assessments conducted or reviewed by the lead agency shall be deemed to pose no significant risk:
- Glycidol — 0.54 (micrograms/day)
- Glyphosate — 1100 (micrograms/day)
- Hexachlorobenzene — 0.4 (micrograms/day)
The regulation will be effective on July 1, 2018.
