Human rights violations have not stopped some Ethiopian migrant workers from hoping to get smuggled back into Saudi Arabia. Around 70,000 illegal migrants have been expelled from Saudi Arabia since March of this year due to a government crackdown. Poor economic conditions, and a lack of work in Ethiopia has left many migrants looking for a way to get back into Saudi Arabia, in spite of government threats that it will deport or jail illegal migrants.
