Health Canada has issued the Proposed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Made Under the Food and Drugs Act (Nutrition Symbols, Other Labelling Provisions, Partially Hydrogenated Oils and Vitamin D) Vol. 152, No. 6 in the Official Gazette Part I.

This proposed Regulation amends the Food and Drugs Regulations to add a new front-of-package (FOP) labeling requirement for prepackaged products deemed to be high in sodium, saturated fats and/or sugars.
