ISO Publishes Updated Standards for Children’s Cots and Folding Cots for Domestic Use

On January 18, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has published updated standards for children’s cots and folding cots for domestic use.

The standards are:

• ISO 7175–1:2019 Furniture — Children’s cots and folding cots for domestic use — Part 1: Safety requirements
• ISO 7175–2:2019 Furniture — Children’s cots and folding cots for domestic use — Part 2: Test methods

The standard applies to children’s cots and folding cots for domestic use with an internal length of between 900 mm and 1400 mm.
