This Document provides guidance to firms that manufacture, market, or distribute dietary supplement products that contain pure or highly concentrated caffeine.

This Document specifies and describes the safety requirements for each type of products such as:

  1. Powdered Dietary Supplements Containing Highly Concentrated Caffeine
  2. Liquid Dietary Supplements Containing Highly Concentrated Caffeine

This Document also specifies the legal requirements on producing safer dietary supplements containing caffeine.
